Shipping worldwide
- Orders ship out up to 2 business days after they are processed.
- Delivery times could take up to 3 weeks (depends on your location).
- If you choose tracked shipping you`ll get an email with tracking number. However, if you haven`t received it check in your spam folder. If it`s not there let us know, we`ll send an email again. In case of package will be lost you`ll get a full refund or we`ll reship your order (for your choice).
- If you choose untracked shipping you`ll get an email with tracking number that will not be tracked after leaving Canadian border. For your information, no claims are accepted in case of lost package.
- Free shipping terms are applied for all orders over $115.
- In addition, if your country is not in the list you can send an email with your location and we’ll try to provide the best shipping price we can.
Shipping within Canada
- Orders ship out for any state and city in Canada up to 2 business days after they are processed.

- All orders containing aerosols (Shoe Stretch , Color Stop , Shoe Deodorant , Suede Renovator , All Combi , Instant Shine , Oil Protector , Foam cleaner , Universal Sanitizer Spray , Protector , Nano Protector and also Super Color ) we ship by ground according to shipping restrictions of TDG (Transport of Dangerous Goods).
